HR Administrator

Grade 6 (£17,419 – £19,430 pro-rata)

Hours negotiable / 39 weeks per year – term time + 1 week

Southern Academy Trust is seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator who will be responsible for supporting a variety of HR and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office, have the ability to work professionally under pressure and have excellent organisational and communication skills. Previous HR experience is not essential for this role.


Trust Administrator

Grade 6 (£17,419 – £19,430 pro-rata)

Hours negotiable / 41 weeks per year – term time + 3 weeks

We are looking for a motivated, creative and innovative individual to provide PR and administrative support for Southern Academy Trust.  You will be responsible for trust publications, newsletters and marketing and ideally have experience in graphic design. You will be the main point of contact for Trust enquiries.

As Cover Coordinator you will be required to:

  • Manage and organise cover for absent teaching staff
  • Coordinate the Cover Supervisors work schedule
  • Supervise and support the Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers
  • Supervise and support pupils in classrooms

You will need to be highly organised and have the ability to work under pressure.

Southern Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled person to support the academic and pastoral development of students in years 7-9 within the school. The role will be wide ranging and will suit those with previous experience of working with young people of this age group. In particular experience of working with agencies outside of the school environment who support young people or allied professions would be an advantage. The role will encompass all aspects of support, working with young people to help them be as successful in the school environment as possible. There will be close liaison with parents and teachers as well as input to decisions on the best strategies to be employed in helping young people be successful.

Motombe Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, responsible leader to run a before and after school provision 5 days a week. You will be required to prepare and organise activities, lead a small team and offer high quality childcare to the children of our school.

This position is for 18.5 hours per week, from 7:45am -9:00am and 3pm – 5:45pm Monday to Friday. The start date for this position is September 2017.

You will hold a minimum of a level 3 qualification in childcare. A first aid qualification would be desirable. You will have relevant experience in a similar role. This position is grade 6, term time only.
